Your registration guarantees access to the industry’s most sought-after speakers for keynotes and breakout sessions, networking breaks, on-site breakfasts and lunches, and exhibitor expo. Full conference registration includes access to all the sessions and workshops, networking breaks, included meals, the exhibitor expo, and the Tuesday evening party.

General Admission: $1,425 Member | $1,775 Non-member (ends April 26, 2024)
Last Call: $1,600 Member | $1,875 Non-member (April 27-June 19, 2024)
Tuesday only (includes party): $825 Member | $1,025 Non-member
Wednesday only (conference only): $625 Member | $825 Non-member

Cancellation Policy: IMCA Ignite Annual Conference registration cancellations received by IMCA no later than Monday, May 1, 2024 entitle the registrant to a full refund. Cancellations received by Friday, June 9, 2024 will be charged a 25% administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 9, 2024. Registrants may transfer their 2024 conference registration to another person at any time. All cancellation or transfer notices must be made in writing.
Photo Release: By registering for the conference you agree that your photo may be used in IMCA promotional video or photo after the conference.
Dress Code: The dress code throughout the conference is Smart Casual: combines well-fitting, polished business wear with elements of casual attire—think blouses, polo shirts, button-downs, chinos, dress pants, dark-wash jeans, and practical footwear.
