Cancellation Policy: Annual Conference registration cancellations received by IMCA no later than Friday, June 7, 2019 entitle the registrant to a full refund. Cancellations received by Wednesday, June 12, 2019 will be charged a 25% administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 12. However, a 2019 registrant who cancels after this date can receive a 50 percent credit toward registration for the 2020 IMCA Annual Conference. All cancellation notices must be made in writing.
