Cancellation Policy: Annual Conference registration cancellations received by IMCA no later than Friday, May 1, 2020 entitle the registrant to a full refund. Cancellations received by Wednesday, June 3, 2020 will be charged a 25% administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 3. However, a 2020 registrant who cancels after this date can receive a 50 percent credit toward registration for the 2021 IMCA Annual Conference. All cancellation notices must be made in writing.
